1. What we collect

What you give us when you order, create an account or contact us: your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address and your orders.

If you shop in our stores, the cashier may save your name, phone and email so your purchases and your online account are one.

2. How we use it

To take, deliver and support your orders, to keep your account and cart, and to send receipts and the codes that confirm your email or phone.

News and offers only if you ticked the box for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

3. Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment provider (Nass). We never see or keep your full card details.

4. Emails and phone codes

Emails are sent through our email provider (Resend). Verification codes to your phone are sent through OTPIQ by WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS, only when you ask for one.

We only send a phone code to customers who paid an order or bought in our shop, and only to the number we have for you.

6. Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run the shop (payment, delivery, email, phone codes, and, if you allow them, analytics and ads), and only what they need for that.

7. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails, change your cookie choice, update your details in your account, or ask us to delete your account.
